We dispatch all our items within 24 hours and all items are sent 1st class post with proof of postage. We do not use slower postal services, we guarantee customer satisfaction and we do not cut corners.

However, orders received weekdays after 2pm may not be dispatched until the day after. Orders received after 2pm Friday to Sunday will be dispatched Monday morning unless in the event of a Bank Holiday in which case, they wil be dispatched the next business day. Please bear in mind that the Royal Mail may not always deliver as quickly as they say they should. 1st class post is one business day, but occasionally it takes 2 business days and sometimes is not unusual to take longer. The Royal Mail will not investigate lost orders until 2 wks has elapsed.

Free shipping is only available for deliveries to UK mainland addresses. Delivery to Europe is £3 extra.

Delivery Outside Europe is £5 extra.
