Limited One Year Balannza Luggage Scales Warranty

We are so confident about the quality of our Balanzza Digital Luggage Scales that they have a limited one year warranty for the original owner that covers any defect in materials and parts through normal use. This warranty means that any defective Balanzza Digital Luggage Scale may be repaired or replaced at our option, and at no charge for parts and labour.  The warranty does not cover damage that is caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance or modification.

Repair/Replace Instructions

To return your Balanzza Luggage Scales for its repair or its replacement, please send the Luggage Scales in adequate protective packaging i.e. padded envelope, by recorded mail to:

WARNING

Please do not attempt to disassemble your Balanzza by yourself. Such action will void the manufacturer's warranty as there are no user serviceable parts.
